Description of Services : From a single consultation to an all-inclusive full extended package, College Consulting Services offers a variety of service options to meet the needs of families.

Description of Experience : I began working at College Consulting Services twelve years ago. My role has grown over those years to where it is today, as an associate counselor under Director, Nancy Federspiel. Nancy was an experienced in career counseling and high school guidance, and she taught me much of what I knew about college counseling prior to completing the UCLA course. I meet with clients and have a role in researching best fit colleges for students, helping them narrow their lists to an apply to list, and advising through the course of the typically 18 months that we work with families. I brainstorm essay topics and have completed the WOW college essay program and will begin to integrate that into practice this summer. I review all of our Common Apps & Coalition Apps, and many of our UC and school specific applications. I work with students on many of the supplemental essays.
