Description of Services : It is my intention to help determine the best educational options for each student. My primary mission would be to match him/her with appropriate schools, finding the best college 'fit' in terms of size, location, interests, and academic support. He/she will gain insight into the values and passions that will result in logical decision-making and self-confidence. Building a resume, learning how to interview, and writing powerful personal statements are just some of the skills that will benefit all of the student’s future endeavors. I will identify the qualities that distinguish my client from other students. Through a personality assessment, the preparation of essays, short answer questions, activity sheets, resumes, counselor and teacher recommendations, and college interviews, I will work with each student to ensure the most effective presentation for his/her college applications.

Description of Experience : Prior to opening my own college advising office in 2009, I was a college advisor and the Director of Student and Family Advising at Forsyth Country Day School in North Carolina. Before moving to the College Counseling department, I served as Director of Admission and Financial Aid at Forsyth Country Day School for eight years.
