Description of Services : There is no one-size-fits-all template for advising students, as each student has a different pathway. After a careful set of assessments, My Pathway to College will be in a better position to encourage, guide, and motivate students to put their best foot forward in the college admissions process. My Pathway to College takes the stress out of applying to colleges by breaking down the process into manageable timelines on how to discover, navigate and embark on their pathway to college.

My Pathway to College realizes that each student has different interests, strengths, and weaknesses. Therefore, our experienced college consultant will help brainstorm ways for students to stand out amongst their peers in their college application, determine a list of best-fit colleges that match their academic and personal preferences and financial options.

Description of Experience : Prior to being an independent college counselor, Jennifer has eight years experience as the Director of College Counseling at a local independent school in San Diego. Jennifer provided grade-level counselors, students, and parents with advice, resources, and support. Her innate ability to connect with students and guide them in selecting colleges to match their needs, shined through year after year as each senior obtained admission to universities and colleges of their choice. With her strong college admissions knowledge, extensive contacts within the field, and ability to connect with students and families, she is adept at easing anxiety throughout the admissions process.
