Description of Services : Meet with students and their families to review the college admissions process. Assist students with course selection and offer guidance in extracurricular choices and summer activities to highlight interests and academic strengths. Help devise a standardized testing plan and create a balanced college list of schools that match the student's post-secondary goals. Offer brainstorming sessions on essay topics, assist in resume development, and conduct mock interviews as necessary. Guide family through financial aid application process and suggest merit opportunities as applicable. Help student meet deadlines and keep channels of communication open with family. I strive to make a potentially stressful process orderly, efficient, and even joyful.

Description of Experience : I have worked with students at all ends of the academic spectrum, including recruited athletes, visual and performing artists, and students requiring learning support in college.
