About
Christine Luksza-Paravicini is a veteran college admissions counselor and retired high school teacher who founded My Best College Plan Counseling with the goal of demystifying and streamlining the college planning process. Over the past decade, she has successfully guided high school and college students through the increasingly complicated college admissions process both domestically and abroad.
Christine holds a BA in Classical Studies and lifetime teaching credentials in Latin and English from the University of Texas at Austin. Before launching her career as a college admissions counselor, she taught high school, middle school, and elementary-aged students in both public and private institutions. As a teacher, counselor, and parent, Christine has extensive knowledge about admissions, student needs, and unique situations. She understands the challenges of athletes trying to get recruited, students pursuing the pre-med path, and application requirements for students applying for theater, music, or fine arts. Christine has a keen eye for what college admissions representatives desire in candidates and what students should consider when looking for colleges that “fit” their academic, social, and financial needs.
Over the past eleven years, Christine has built her company into a thriving service whose team helps students identify their academic goals and apply to colleges with confidence. She is a long-standing member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA), and the Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC).
