Description of Services : Whether the client's focus is the college search, the perfect admissions essay, crafting an polished resume, or transitioning to graduate studies and/or employment, Dr. Shipley works to address each family's specific needs.

She particularly encourages students to 'zoom out' by focusing on life design and career counseling, which she also helps with. In this way, all of the pieces fit together.

Description of Experience : The first independent educational planner in Oklahoma, Dr. Shipley is a former university admissions counselor, academic adviser, and student affairs officer. To her, the transition and quality of fit are more important than any element of the college admissions application.

She has helped more than 200 students in person in Oklahoma and virtually in other states.

Dr. Shipley only sees a select number of clients each year. This allows for more 1:1 attention and a high quality, in-depth experience.
