Description of Experience : Since 2015, I have worked with 35 paid clients and 10 unpaid clients for the services including college application, junior boarding school application, boarding school application, graduate school application, and annual YIDP services. As for college application, I also invited at least another IEC to form a college application committee to support my senior high school students' college application and I have collaborated with 2 consultants since 2017.

80% of my time focuses on Youth Individual Development Plan (YIDP) which is delivered by one-hour weekly meeting among myself, a student and one of his or her parents via Zoom. The focus of YIDP meetings are to design, plan, review, track, and balance each student's progress among Academic Planning, Talent Identification and Development, Competition Selection, Research Resources Searching, Extracurricular Activity Involvement, Community Service Engagement, and Career Exploration. YIDP has built up a solid foundation for all students in their high school journey based on their interest and strength and help them excel their potentials which is the best way to make them qualify and be competitive for their dream schools. Because of the great value of YIDP, most of my clients have renewed YIDP for multiple year services, typically from Grade 9 to Grade 11 for high school students and from Grade 6 for middle school students.
