Learning Labs are virtual "roundtable" discussion groups focused on specific topics or areas of interest in educational consulting. Join a Learning Lab to share ideas, learn from other HECA members and advance the education consulting profession.

Learning Lab: New IECs | Strategic Simplicity: Systemizing Your Practice From the Inside Out
This Learning Lab will help new IECs who want to grow their practices. Some topics which will be discussed are- setting goals, pitches, onboarding, Building a List, choosing a CRM, structure flow/timeline, marketing, websites, finding a support network, pricing, insurance/business license, contracts, best tools/resources, major selection and many more.
