Description of Services : I specialize in college planning with teenagers and young adults, including personality, interest, and skill assessments, clarification of goals, college research and completion of applications and essays, and understanding financial aid options.
My approach is one filled with empathy and positivity. My overarching goal is to help students find and apply to colleges where they can thrive.

Description of Experience : Before I started my college and career planning consulting business, I worked for 8 years at New Technology High School in Napa, California. I was a teacher on special assignment, managed the school's internship program and largely functioned as a career counselor for high school students. When my position was eliminated in 2012 due to budget constraints, I wanted to continue my work in helping teenagers prepare for college and career. I started my own business in January 2013.
