HECA 2026 Conference Session Proposal
Thank you for volunteering to share your skills and expertise with HECA members. Please keep the following in mind:
- - HIT (High-Interest Topic) Proposals will receive priority consideration*
- - Proposals must be PRINT READY and include session title, description, and intended audience
- - Breakout sessions are approximately 55 minutes and will take place on Tuesday, June 16, and Wednesday, June 17, 2026
- - Sessions are intended for the professional development of HECA members and must not be used to demonstrate or sell products, services, programs, or institutions
- - Each session is encouraged to incorporate multiple professional perspectives (IEC, college, company, etc.)
- - Proposals that include a HECA member as a presenter or moderator are preferred
- - Presenters must use the provided HECA-branded title and final slides
- - Proposals are due by midnight Eastern Time on Thursday, February 5, 2026
- - All proposals submitted on time will receive the selection committee's decision by Thursday, March 19, 2026

Technology Needs
Presenters are required to bring appropriate adapters to hook up their laptop/tablets/phones etc. If you have additional technology needs, please list them in the "Technology Needs" field at the bottom of this form.
