
Thank you for volunteering to share your skills and expertise with HECA members. Please keep the following in mind:
- Breakout sessions are scheduled on Tuesday, June 11, and Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
- Breakout sessions are approximately 55 minutes.
- Sessions are intended for the professional development of HECA members and must not be used to demonstrate or sell products, services, programs, or institutions.
- Each session must incorporate more than one professional perspective (e.g., IEC, college, company, etc.).
- Updated 1/16/24: Sessions that include a HECA member as a presenter or moderator are preferred. If you’d like to be connected with a HECA member to serve as a moderator, please contact us at 2024conference@hecaonline.org.
- Quality sessions cover one topic in depth rather than an overview of many.
- Proposals must include session title, description, and intended audience and be PRINT READY.
- HECA-branded title and slide templates will be provided to all selectees and must be used by presenters.
Important Dates
- Proposals are due by midnight Eastern Time on Thursday, February 1, 2024
- Notifications will be sent by Wednesday, March 20, 2024
Technology Needs
Presenters are required to bring appropriate adapters to hook up their laptop/tablets/phones etc. If you have additional technology needs, please list them in the "additional details" field at the bottom of this form.
